What does Allura Red AC do to you?

Allura Red AC is a red azo dye that goes by several names, including FD&C Red 40. It is used as a food dye.

The red 40 killed the celery plant in just a day! Red 40 is in a lot of candy and processed foods, Gatorade, vitamins, etc.
